Detailed Policies and Procedures

No Restocking Fees

  • Policy: Customers can return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 90 days of delivery. Full refunds issued to the original payment method.

Refund Policy

  • Criteria: Products must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
  • Process: Refunds processed upon inspection, usually within 24 hours of receipt. Note: Credit posting times vary by credit card companies.

Return Shipping Options

  • For U.S. Customers: Option to use a pre-paid UPS shipping label for $9.99, deducted from your refund.
  • For International Customers: Customers may select their preferred carrier; prepayment required for all shipments.

Exchanges

  • Procedure: Process the return, then place a new order for the exchange merchandise.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

  • Timing: Orders can be modified or cancelled while status is “Order Received.” Changes not possible once “Order Processed.”

Used or Damaged Merchandise

  • Guideline: Items used or showing wear cannot be returned. Suggestions for resale provided.

Apparel and Helmets

  • Packaging: Return in original garment bag and helmet bag, respectively, with all original tags and components.

Electronics, Hard Parts, Tools, Tires

  • Returnability: Non-returnable if packaging or manufacturer seal is broken, or if item shows installation attempts.

International Returns

  • Marking: Label as “Merchandise Return” to avoid extra charges. Customers responsible for customs charges.

Defects

  • Support: Assistance with manufacturer’s warranty claims provided.

Warranty Returns

Damaged Items

  • Immediate Action Required: Report ASAP for claims process initiation. Retain all packaging.

  • Shipping Method: Follow instructions for shipping method selection.
  • RA Form: Print and include with your return. Use a shipping box, not the product box.
