The Ortema neck protection is made from lightweight and highly durable plastic.

The support at the rear of the protection has a horseshoe shape to evenly distribute pressure when there’s a load on the spine. The ONB frame and cushioning material on the inner side of the neck don’t cause discomfort to the rider and don’t press on the collarbone. The functional attachment system ensures the neck protection stays securely in place on the athlete’s body.
