We understand the importance of receiving your items promptly. Many of our products are ready to be dispatched quickly from our distribution center in New Jersey. We also collaborate directly with vendors to ensure faster delivery directly from their warehouses.
Availability will be displayed on the product page once a size/color is selected, with this information also presented in your shopping cart and order confirmation email. Typically, items marked “In Stock – Requires 1-2 business days of lead time prior to shipment” will ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, choosing an expedited shipping method does not affect the lead time before the order is dispatched.
While we aim to ship from the closest distribution center, availability may vary. Depending on the case, we might ship items separately or consolidate them for shipping as one package, utilizing our best judgment to deliver your products promptly.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier-specific tracking information typically within 24 hours of shipping. For instance, an order placed on Monday and shipped on Thursday would have its tracking information sent by Thursday evening or Friday morning.

Modifying Shipping Details
Once an order has been dispatched, requests for shipping modifications—including intercepts, address amendments, and will call pick-up arrangements—may not be feasible, subject to the carrier’s policies. Should an address change be accepted, a fee of $20.00 per package may apply. GENIX EXPRESS LLC reserves the full right to decline any modification request at any point.
Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the rapid processing within our automated fulfillment system, orders are not subject to modification or cancellation post-placement. Should you need assistance after your items have been delivered, please contact our dedicated Customer Service Team for guidance on returns.
Handling Package Refusals
Opting to refuse delivery of a package may result in the deduction of incurred fees from any due refund. This deduction will reflect the total refund amount minus any fees associated with the refusal or return to sender, applicable to both domestic (U.S.) and international orders.
